What does the Kyflie warranty cover?
Kyflie’s Lifetime Warranty covers all products against manufacturing defects* related to materials and workmanship of the product when purchased from authorized Kyflie dealers. Only unaltered, unmodified items and original workmanship are covered.
*Manufacturing defect
A manufacturing defect exists if the product differs from its intended design. Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by the Kyflie Lifetime Warranty during the product’s lifespan.
Product lifespan
Lifespan refers to the life of the product and its components, fabrics and materials. Although we choose the best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements, and the life of a product depends on how it is used and cared for, not its age.
What is not covered by the Kyflie warranty?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper maintenance, neglect, normal wear and tear, misuse or the natural degradation of colors and materials over time and use.
Kyflie products damaged by normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered by our Kyflie warranty. Wear and tear is damage that occurs naturally and inevitably as a result of normal use. Moving parts wear out and fabrics deteriorate and fade over time. And while we choose the best materials available for the application, all materials degrade over time due to use and exposure to the elements.
In cases where the lifetime warranty is inapplicable, we will offer you a replacement product at a reduced cost (see Replacement Service section).
How does the Kyflie warranty work?
Quite simply, by contacting the dealer where you purchased your product. After verification, the dealer will apply the warranty and give you a brand-new Kyflie product.
Replacement service
Products that have become defective due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, pests or the natural degradation of materials over extended periods of use can be replaced at reduced cost. See our **Replacement policy for more information.
**Replacement policy
If Kyflie’s after-sales service agrees to replace your product due to a defect found on the product and not covered by Kyflie’s lifetime warranty, a promotional code will be sent to you and will entitle you to a percentage discount on the normal price displayed.
